Custom parts & CAD drafting

The part you need doesn't exist yet.

Every shop has one: the bracket that was never made, the adapter between two things that were never meant to meet, the jig that lives in someone's head. You can't download it, because nobody has built it. Describe it the way you'd brief a drafter — "wall bracket, 120 tall, 90 deep, 5 thick, two slots in the shelf leg, gusset between the legs" — and get a real solid model back, as files you own. Want the holes bigger? Say so. It revises the same part and keeps the history.

◆

What comes back

  • STEP file. Opens in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Onshape, FreeCAD and every CAM package
  • Fusion 360 script. Rebuilds the part natively, with your dimensions as user parameters you can edit in the Parameters dialog
  • STL ready to slice, plus a shaded preview and a line drawing
  • A short spec: the dimensions it used, what it assumed, what to check
↻

Revisions by message

  • "Make the holes 6 mm" or "add a 10 mm lip along the back" changes only that
  • Every version is kept, named and dated, so you can go back
  • Parts live in a library your Bot can search: "send me the bracket from last week"
  • Batch work too: "the same bracket in 80, 100 and 120 mm"
⚙

Good for

  • Brackets, mounts, plates, spacers, jigs, enclosures, adapters, clips
  • Print shops turning customer requests into files without opening CAD
  • Makers who know what they want and do not want to draw it
  • Anyone who needs a clean STEP to hand to a machinist

Straight answers

  • Parametric solids, built from your words. Not a mesh guess from a picture
  • Best at parts you can describe in dimensions. Organic shapes and sculpted surfaces are not what it does
  • Sensible defaults for print: 2 mm minimum walls, clearance holes over bolt size, fillets on outside corners. It tells you what it assumed
  • It is a design extension on your Bot, so the same Bot that makes the part can email it to the customer and log the order

What this isn't

  • We don't print and ship you objects. You get the design files. Print them yourself, or hand them to any shop — you're never waiting on our queue or paying our shipping
  • We don't resell other people's models. If the thing you want already exists on MakerWorld, Printables or Thingiverse, we'll tell you to go download it free. That's a better answer than an invoice
  • No lock-in. A STEP file is a neutral, decades-old standard. The part is yours, editable in any CAD package, with or without us
  • This is for the things that aren't out there — which, once you start looking, is most of what a working shop actually needs
How it works

One message in. Files out.

Shelf bracket for the printer. L-shaped, 120 tall, 90 deep, 30 wide, 5 thick. Gusset between the legs, two 5 mm screw holes in the wall leg, two slots in the shelf leg.
Built. 120 x 90 x 30 mm, one solid. I used 5.5 mm clearance holes and 4 mm corner fillets, and the slots are 6 x 20 mm. STEP, STL, preview and the Fusion script are attached. Anything to change?
Holes to 6.5 and make the gusset full height.
Revised as version 2, everything else untouched. New files attached; v1 is still in the library.
  1. You describe the part in plain words, with the dimensions that matter.
  2. Your Bot writes the model as parametric code, checks it, and builds the solid. If something will not build, it fixes it and tries again before you ever see it.
  3. You get the files on Telegram, WhatsApp or email, with a preview and the spec.
  4. Open the STEP in Fusion, or run the Fusion script to get a native, fully parametric version.

Every description is screened before it is built, and the model runs in a fenced sandbox with no file or network access. Your parts stay in your own accounts.

Your Bot can be tailored to anything.

3D design is one extension. Stockroom is another, and so are websites and social media. The Bot is the base: it knows your business, your accounts and your people. Extensions are the pieces we add on top for the work you actually do. If your work is repeatable and you can describe it, we can build the extension for it.
