Stockroom

Know what's on the shelf. Never run out mid-order.

Stockroom is an inventory, packing and reorder system for a small shop, built inside your own Google account. Orders arrive on their own from your marketplaces, supplies deduct themselves as you pack, QR labels make every bin and product scannable with a phone, and you hear about low stock before it bites. No subscription, no server to maintain, and you own every row of it.

Built for a real shop

276 products, three marketplaces, one packer.

The first Stockroom runs a 3D-print shop in Columbus that sells on Shopify, Etsy and TikTok Shop. Every one of its 276 products is loaded with exactly what goes in the box: the printed parts, the screws and anchors, the bag, the card, the label. When the packer scans a product, all of that is deducted at once. When a bin hits its reorder point, the owner gets an email with his own saved reorder link, one tap to order.

The shop's owner hasn't asked to be named yet, so we haven't. Want to feel it? Scan a bin in the live demo and watch the count drop on everyone's screen.

What's low in the stockroom?
Two items under their reorder point: long screws (4 bags, min 5) and 6ร—9 polybags (2 packs, min 5). One-tap reorder links are in your email. Everything else is fine for the week.
Order both. How did packing go yesterday?
Marked ordered; I'll match the tracking numbers when they ship. Yesterday: 11 orders scanned and packed, 0 mistakes, all supplies deducted. Three new orders came in overnight and are on the pack list.
What it does

Everything between "order came in" and "box went out."

๐Ÿ“ฅ

Orders arrive on their own

Every ten minutes it reads the order emails from Shopify, Etsy and TikTok Shop and puts the order on the pack list, with product photos. Shopify can also connect directly for exact line items.

๐Ÿ“ฆ

Scan-to-pack

Tap Pack, scan each product's QR as it goes in the box. A checklist ticks off every item with a progress bar. The pick list under each product (screws, anchors, caps, bag, card) turns green without scanning each one. A product that isn't in the order gets a warning beep.

โž–

Supplies deduct themselves

Each product knows what it consumes, down to grams of filament and one polybag. Scanning the product deducts all of it. The order completes itself when everything is scanned.

๐Ÿ””

Reorder before you run out

Counts in the units you buy: bags, packs, spools. Hit the reorder point and an email goes out immediately, plus a daily digest of everything low, each with your saved one-tap reorder link and the tracking once it ships. Printed parts say "print more" instead.

๐Ÿท๏ธ

QR labels for every bin and product

Print on sticker paper. Each QR opens the app straight to that bin or product, so any phone camera can scan it. A $25 handheld scanner works too and is fastest for packing.

๐Ÿšš

Inbound shipments matched

Shipping emails from the Shop app and suppliers are matched to what's on order, and the tracking link shows up in the app next to the item it's for.

๐Ÿ”

Search by part

Type "long screw" and see every product that uses one, with live stock. Every product page lists exactly what goes in its box.

๐Ÿงพ

A log by person

Every change: stock used, received, ordered, printed; packing started, cancelled, done; orders arriving. Filter by person, action, date or text. The full history stays.

๐Ÿ”

Only your people get in

Google sign-in with a short allowlist of accounts plus a password, lockout after repeated failures. Your packer never needs access to the spreadsheet underneath.

Where it lives

Your Google account. Nobody else's.

A Google Sheet holds the data. A small web app, running in your account, is the screen your phone or scanner talks to. Gmail supplies the orders and the tracking. There is no vendor, no monthly licence, and no server to patch. If you ever stop working with us, every row, label and log stays exactly where it is, in your account, working.

Who it's for

  • Makers and print farms selling on Shopify, Etsy or TikTok Shop
  • Small e-commerce shops where one or two people pack everything
  • Roasters, bakeries and kitchens that count ingredients in bags and cases
  • Any back room where "we're out of it" is discovered at the worst moment

Paired with a Bot, you can also just ask: "what's low?", "how did packing go?", "order both." That's the conversation above.

Pricing

Set up once. Yours from then on.

Stockroom is built from your own catalog and bins, so the price depends on how many products and marketplaces you have and whether you want a Bot on top of it. Tell us about the shop and a written quote arrives by email within one business day.
