Short version: this site collects only what you type into the contact form. During an engagement, your bot runs in accounts you own, and you can revoke access at any time.

botticus.com is a static site. It sets no tracking cookies of its own. The contact form sends your name, business, email, phone, team size, and message to Botticus so we can reply. If the form service is unavailable, your email app opens with the same message instead. We use that information only to respond to you and to follow up about the inquiry. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a newsletter.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address under Google's privacy policy.
A Bot is built to run inside accounts the client owns and controls: email, document and spreadsheet workspaces, marketplaces, customer portals, and messaging apps. Access is granted by the client, scoped to what the bot needs, and can be revoked by the client at any time.
We do not copy a client's business data onto a platform we control for any purpose other than building and maintaining the client's own agent. We do not use client data to train AI models. Where the agent uses third-party AI models, requests are handled under those providers' terms, and we will tell you which providers your bot uses.
The rules for what the agent may do on its own, what it must ask about first, and who it must never contact are set by the client in writing and can be changed at any time.
