Tailored AI agents for small business owners

Message your business. Watch it get done.

Botticus sets you up with your own Bot, trained on how your business actually runs. You text it like you'd text your best employee. It builds the order, sends the email, reconciles the report, chases the invoice, and tells you when something needs your eyes. Every hour of every day.

Build the Louisville to Nashville load for Monday and send it to the carrier.
Done. Order built in the TMS, rate confirmation sent to dispatch, load sheet updated. Pickup window is 06:00–08:00. Want me to text the driver the gate instructions?
Yes. And reconcile last week's carrier invoices.
Texted. 14 invoices reconciled, 13 match. One is $120 over the agreed rate — I drafted the dispute email for you to approve.

The idea

Not a chatbot. A chief of staff.

A generic AI assistant answers questions. A Bot from Botticus does things, inside your email, your spreadsheets, your ordering portals, your inventory, your calendar. It knows your customers, your rules, your pricing, and your tone, because it was built around them.

01

Tailored to you

Your bot gets a name, a personality, and a rulebook written from how you actually work. Mine is called Albert. Yours might be Pip, Marge, or Sarge. It learns your business, not "a" business.

02

Always on

It works on a schedule you never think about: every 5 minutes, every morning at 6, every Monday. Orders come in at 2 AM? Handled. Customer asks a question on Sunday? Drafted and waiting.

03

Yours, not theirs

It runs in accounts you own, using systems you already pay for. There is no new platform to move your life into, and nobody else's AI training on your customers.

What your Bot can run for you

Everything that eats your week.

These are all things a Bot does today, for real businesses. Pick the ones that hurt. We build those first.

Why tailored beats generic

Big Tech gives everyone the same assistant. You're not everyone.

Meta's Muse and OpenAI's ChatGPT Dots are impressive, and for a personal to-do list they may be all you need. They're also designed for millions of people at once, run on Meta's and OpenAI's computers, and answer to one person. A Bot from Botticus is designed for one business, runs where your business runs, and works for your whole team.

Muse and Dots details are from Meta's and OpenAI's own announcements and public reporting as of October 2026, and will change. A Bot uses leading AI models under the hood, the same way your laptop uses electricity. The difference is everything built around the model: your memory, your rules, your integrations, your approvals. Muse is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.; ChatGPT and Dots are trademarks of OpenAI. Neither company is affiliated with Botticus.

"I am Botticus." That's the point. Everyone gets their own.
Proof, not promises

Meet Albert. He runs a freight brokerage.

Albert is the first Bot. He was built by our founder to run his own freight agency in Columbus, Ohio, and he has been doing it every day since. This is what "runs the business" looks like in practice.

  • Keeps the load sheet true. Every awarded load lands in the tracking sheet with its history, rates, and carrier details, with no double entry.
  • Answers carriers. Replies to inbound carrier inquiries from two mailboxes with the right lane and rate.
  • Builds and sends loads on command. One text message: order built, rate confirmation out, sheet updated.
  • Posts status updates to the customer's portal every five minutes, with strict rules about what it may and may not touch.
  • Reconciles reports and sends daily paperwork to the team, with nothing ever double-sent.
  • Runs the inbox, the follow-up tracker, the cold outreach, the website, and the phone alerts.

More Bots at work

A 3D-print shop with 276 products on Shopify and Etsy: a full inventory and QR packing system in the owner's own Google account, with low-stock alerts, order intake from three marketplaces, and a design pipeline that turns a product idea into editable CAD files.

A 300-member social club: newsletters, event campaigns, elections, and charity drives drafted, approved by the board, and sent, with the club's confidential matters kept confidential.

A family: appointments, reminders, city services, and the errands that fall through the cracks.

How it works

From first call to a bot that runs things, in weeks.

Discovery

A conversation about where your week goes. We map the repeatable work, the systems you use, and the rules your bot has to follow.

Build

Your Bot gets its name, its memory, its rulebook, and its connections: email, sheets, portals, marketplaces, phone. Usually two to three weeks.

Launch with training wheels

Everything starts in draft-and-approve mode. You see every action before it goes out. As trust builds, you decide what it may do on its own.

Care plan

Bots need upkeep: new rules, new systems, the occasional 2 AM fix. The monthly plan keeps yours sharp, and keeps a human on call.

Plans

Setup once. Keep it running monthly.

Pricing depends on how many systems your bot touches and how much it's allowed to do on its own. Every engagement starts with a free discovery call.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Is this just ChatGPT with a nickname?

No. A chat window answers questions. A Bot is an agent with memory, a rulebook, scheduled jobs, and connections into your real systems. It uses leading AI models to think, and then it acts: sends, builds, posts, reconciles. The model is the engine. The Bot is the car, built for your roads.

Can it really send emails and build orders on its own?

Yes, once you let it. Every bot starts in draft-and-approve mode, where you see everything before it goes out. Then you decide, rule by rule, what it may do unattended. Albert sends carrier notices automatically but never emails certain customers without a human. Your rules will be different, and they'll be yours.

What happens to my data?

Your bot runs against accounts you own: your email, your Google or Microsoft workspace, your marketplaces, your portals. We don't move your business onto a platform we control, and we don't train anything on your customers. You can revoke access at any time.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can text, you can run a Bot. The technical part is ours, which is exactly why there's a monthly care plan.

What if it breaks?

It will, occasionally, the same way any system does. The care plan covers monitoring, fixes, and a person you can reach, not a help article.

Why not just use Muse or ChatGPT Dots?

If you want a helper for your personal life, you might. Both are built for one person's accounts, run on Meta's or OpenAI's computers, and connect to what's in their catalogs. A Bot is built for a business: it runs where your systems run, it works for your team, its routine jobs are scripted so they behave the same every time, and its rules and memory are files you can read. And when something breaks, you call the person who built it.

What does it cost?

A one-time setup fee plus a monthly care plan. The numbers depend on how many systems the bot touches and how much it's trusted to do alone, so we quote after the discovery call. The call is free and there's no pressure.
